I am a buyer specialist and absolutely love helping my buyers!  Everybody from first time buyers to seasoned investors have been my clients and very successful at that.  I am a true tour guide through the entire experience and promise that we will have more fun than anybody else! During the crazy boom market of the early 20's I won dozens of contracts...the first time.  My clients got the first home that they chose. That is how I got my favorite nickname, Winnin' with Hinnen.
